Why is that scary, you ask?

Well, the truth is that, as a small business owner, incurring any extra costs can be a terrifying thing. BUT we want you to be able to trust us - to trust in our promise to give you unique products, priced right, that you'll feel good in. We'd be sad if you were anything less than thrilled with what you buy from us. So if you don't love the fit and feel - send it back. We'll even cover the cost of getting it back to us. Need a different size? No problem. Let's work together to make sure this partnership is mutually beneficial.

Need help with a return or exchange? No problem! At WR, it’s important to us that you absolutely love the fit and feel of everything you buy. We offer a 60 day return/exchange policy for products in unworn and unwashed condition. Simply email us at wildruffle@wildruffle.com to request your free return label (please note that , although we cover your return shipping, any original shipping costs are not refunded). 

Items postmarked within 7 days of the day you received your product are eligible for a refund, and after that a Wild Ruffle gift card will be issued for the original amount.

Free gifts, promotional items, and final sale products are not eligible for a refund.
